Industrial Poly Strapping Tensioner

A tensioner pulls poly strap tight around a load before it is sealed. Proper tension keeps cartons from shifting on a pallet and prevents bundles from loosening during transit.

Common uses

• Tightening 1/2" poly strap around cartons and pallets
• Bundling lumber, pipe or building materials
• Securing crates and boxed equipment for delivery
• Re-tensioning strap on loads that settled during storage

After tensioning, crimp the joint with the ½" sealer and ½" metal seals. Keep everything together on the industrial strapping cart. Call us to confirm tool compatibility with your strap width and type. Consistent tension from a dedicated tool is also easier on workers than pulling strap tight by hand.
