These Terms of Service apply to your use of flpkg.com and to all orders placed with Florida Packaging ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

We sell packaging and shipping supplies online to customers in Florida. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice; the price at checkout applies to your order. Bulk and pallet pricing is available by quote at (786) 710-1666. Product images and descriptions are provided for reference, and we work to keep them accurate.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price or listing error occurs, or payment cannot be verified. If we cancel an order after payment, we refund the amount charged.

Delivery

Next-day delivery is offered across Florida on in-stock items ordered by 2:00 PM ET. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns

All sales are final. If an order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. See our Refund Policy.

Use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Site content belongs to Florida Packaging or its licensors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
