Industrial Poly Strapping Sealer — ½"

This half-inch sealer crimps metal seals onto poly strap to lock the joint after tensioning. It is the final step in manual strapping and the tool that keeps the strap from slipping.

Common uses

• Crimping 1/2" metal seals on poly strap
• Finishing strapped pallets and bundles on the dock
• Field strapping of crates and equipment
• Replacing a worn sealer to keep joints consistent

Use it with ½" metal strapping seals and tighten the strap first with the poly tensioner. The sealer is sized for 1/2" strap such as our 1/2" x 9000' coil. A dedicated sealer produces uniform crimps, which helps every strapped load hold the same way from the dock to delivery.
